For people who cannot log in with SPID or CIE

You can use the portal credentials if:

you are not an Italian citizen

Important:

Italian citizens who can use SPID or Electronic Identity Card (CIE) must log in using their digital identity. Username and password access is available for users who do not hold Italian citizenship.
